Gourmet crêpes
& galettes

Made from traditional crêpe batter cooked on both sides, we offer must-have local dishes (ficelle picarde, Maroilles cheese crêpe) together with sweet crêpes with or without toppings.

As an aperitif, the mini aperitif crêpes offer an alternative to traditional finger food products.

Authentic seafood recipes

As an aperitif, an assortment of mini shells stuffed with scallops with Armagnac, seafood or salmon, alongside a full range of individual and family dishes such as cod back, French fish stew or fish gratin.

The Berckoise shell, made using traditional local methods, has the SAVEUR EN OR certification.
